horrible customer service manager stopped responding to emails, room was not the one we had requested. on top of it all, they overcharged me for my room

Uggh Unprofessional staff. No dishes/silverware/coffee pot in the room and the bedcovers were itchy!

not terrible we ordered 2 queen beds. upon arrival, the front desk man didn't speak very good English. We were handed a note saying there were no 2 queens available and we were given a king bed with a couch. We asked for a cot as well. They did not have any

worst chain of hotels! This has to be one of the worst hotel in the country. They don't provide any service to the rooms, which smell really bad by the way, except if you pay for it. The hotel charges $25 per day for cleaning your room on top of the reservation price. And speaking about reservation, they didn't have the room I reserved through hotels.com, even though I paid almost $500 ahead of booking my stay. No room at the Inn Worst night I have ever experienced while traveling. Weather caused major problems arriving into Chicago. Booked this room using mobile app out of desparation. Had a confirmation number in hand. Paid $80 for a cab ride from O'Hare to this hotel only to be told there were no rooms. This was after midnight mind you. Hotel visit We were put in a room that the toilet and the heater didn't work. We were moved to another room where things did work. The hotel staff appeared to be not as experienced as I expected. The room design was okay, but not veery efficient, and the size of the bed was too samll for two people.
