The hotel accommodates mainly traveling day laborers fro what it seemed while I was there. It was quiet, clean and fairly uneventful during my stay. They allow pets but charge $25/night regardless of breed/size. The heater/air conditioner was hard to manipulate and the room was essentially freezing or hot. Not really an in between.
Price is very affordable, clean and nice location It's a very good experience for a few weeks of business travel/stay.

The rooms were dirty and smelly. The AC/heat unit gives off a burning snelly odor. We ended up having to leave and rebooked our stay at another hotel the next day, even though I pre-paid for three nights via Expedia with no refund.

They didn't have conditioner with the shampoo. No hair dryer, either. The breakfast was so bad that I didn't even bother the following day.

I couldn’t get the tv to work. The guy from the desk got it to “work” but told me that if I went to check the guide, I would have the same problem with it again. The phone didn’t work, internally or externally. Man from front desk said someone had probably unplugged it. Nothing was done about it and I didn’t feel like moving the bed to see if it was unplugged. They had no conditioner nor any lotion only thing that was given was a bar of soap\nAnd a bottle of shampoo. They only gave us the option for no groNola bars and chocolate muffins and coffee.That was it. There was also a stench
