only 1 thing could have been better. My wife watches national news a lot on MSNBC. That channel was not on the list. First time ever

Seemingly nice hotel with hidden issues The check in was smooth and the staff was nice and accommodating. The issues being with the fold out bed that had dirty sheets. When asked for new sheets for the fold out, the front desk worker said, "There are sheets on the fold out?" and rolled his eyes. The next morning the grab-and-go breakfast left a lot to be desired. Muffins and granola bars-ok. Warm-ish coffee- ok. Oatmeal and tea packages with no hot water to make the items- not ok. The next evening when returning to the hotel... read more

The only problem I had with the hotel was no daily housekeeping service. Other than that everything else was great, has a kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and everything was pretty clean

Family trip They didn’t have the room I had paid for but made other arrangements for my family. Place was clean but out dated

Our OH trip The room was clean. Everything was good. Location was good for where we needed to be.

Well run hotel The front desk staff was great and extremely friendly. Sean the General Manger went out of his way to make sure everything was great for our stay. Much appreciated. It is nice to see a manager take an active role in his property and guests.

air condition had a layer of dust on it. Air condition had a layer of dust on it so I know it wasn't cleaned for months. Beds were not very comfortable. Counter looked out of shape and was kind of coming off the wall. But the staff that helped me check in was nice and so was the lady that helped me extend for another night. I liked the inexpensive option.
