Sagging in Cincinatti The suite is a good size for a short stay. Everything was up to par as far as cleanliness. The sofa bed mattress offers little comfort, especially for an adult. There is no support at all. The same is true of the queen bed on the outside wall. The box spring is so worn out it squeeks loudly at the slightest movement, disturbing all in the room. The room could use some refurbishing.

Best customer service!! I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean,and they have extra blankets in the closet if u need it. The staff is wonderful.. I checked in late cuz we had a long drive, Miss Ida checked me in and she was wonderful.. she was sooo sweet and told me everything I needed to know about our stay..I would definitely stay there again because of her..

Disappointed The breakfast advertised as included consisted of mini muffins and granola bars. Coffee or hot chocolate. Very disappointing. Breakfast should not be advertised as included. The place was outdated and dusty. Tub was not clean. Will not stay at any extended stay again.
