Blue Ash Hotel is adequate to good. They put breakfast away at 9:30am, which is a little early.

The hotel is a standard extended stay. No frills. Rooms are clean and tidy, but the beds aren't particularly comfortable. Breakfast is included, but just coffee and packaged oatmeal and muffins. Decent place to stay on a budget.
