The bed was so squeaky and uncomforable, we cancelled our second night
DIRTY It was bad the 1st room we were in was dirty so we got moved and that one wasn't much better. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have family that had stayed at others and loved it but I won't stay again
You get what you pay for For the price, this hotel is fine, but it's probably worth an extra $30-$40 per night to go elsewhere. Everything in the rooms is very cheap and low quality, but clean. The staff actually was very good, though there is no overnight staff to handle problems. The biggest concern is the other guests, many of whom were clearly right out of trailer parks and treated the place accordingly (making noise in the hallways, banging around in their rooms, drinking and talking loud on the patio, and generally bei... read more
Stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping not done or freshen up. Needs new bed!
Close to where we needed to be. The hotel didn't have shampoo, no cups or plastic cup. No coffee maker in the room no dishes to use the kitchen. When we went down to a sk the front desk mo one was there. Also there wasn't any continental breakfast when we went down .

Very un clean I was told that they had an indoor pool and hot tub when we got there the room was dirty and I was getting but by fleas! I called right after we checked into see if we could leave they said we had to call expedia so I did they called and they told them they couldn't so anything for two more days. I already had paid them. They didn't care. Oh and the breakfast was a joke! Nothing for kids to drink all they had was a couple PkS of coffee, PkS of oatmeal, couple oranges, and gronal bars.. Needs a good cleaning. Our room was nice and big, two double beds and a kitchen. We needed a kitchen because eating out is difficult when you have food allergies. I had to go out and buy cleaning products and clean the kitchen thoroughly before I could use it. They didn't have any cleaning products available to us.
