Room garage was full check in person was rude room was not booked even though I did it online just wasn’t happy about this place manager was going to give me money back for the stay

Liked kitchenette and pool. Didn’t like no silverware,non working phone, poor amount of breakfast foods, non working light and no AC in the bedroom

For 4 days that we stayed never cleaned our room. Nobody at the front desk because it’s either they are doing laundry or cleaning rooms. From the day we check in we found band aid on the 2nd floor hallway till we checkout still there.

Not good place choose to stay for vacation Cleanness and comfortness is poor. Heavy smell can be felt in the stairs. Towels and sheets don’t look cleaned thoughtfully. There is no coffee maker in the room. The customer has to ask front desk to get one. Breakfast has almost nothing except snack, coffee and hot water.

They sent us to a room that had not been cleaned yet. After that they gave us a different room, it was ground level in Cincinnati and both windows were unlocked, thank God I checked them. The room smelt old and stale, the tv was damaged, there was hair and stains in the bath tub and sink, no hair dyer, the stopper for the sink broke off in my hand and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. It was awful. Never going back.
