Upon arrival I had to clean my bath tub, the room over all was dirty. No Ice machine in the hotel. Stated free continental breakfast and only had little muffins. No towels available when we needed to take a shower before leaving, so of course we leave without washing up. Kids running around the hotel slamming doors at 8am. The room phone didn't work, had to go downstairs to speak with front desk more then once. And when asked for a manager I got the run around. Booked a room for my 7 year old birthday and it was nothing but complaining after complaining. I did liked the fact that the price was reasonable and the hotel was clean..what I didn’t like was the poor management skills that david offered me and my childre! Denied and Disapponited Was there for a family emergency.... didn't need all 3 days...asked on serveral occasions if I could get a refund for the 3rd day since it was not need.. Denied NO..refund or any accomodations. I asked of I could get a voucher for the next time ... NO!!!

Their continental breakfast is actually grap and go of packaged muffins, granola bars and packaged outmeal. No natural creamers or milk.
