False/misleading advertising It said it slept 6 but the sofa bed was twin sized so truly only slept 5. Also said free breakfast and it was a "grab and go" of breakfast bars and instant oatmeal packets. Very disappointing.

No cups or any dishwear in the room. Beds weren't comfortable and poor breakfast options.

We arrived late, but check in was quick and the person at the desk was very friendly.

You're on your own! Booked a 2 bedroom suite back in September for 1 night in October. When we arrived after a long day at Kings Island with 5 children, we were told the hotel was over booked and we needed to get our money back because they had no room for us. So after midnight, we had to drive around to find one hotel with one room available (that cost another $150). So I can't rate the hotel stay but I can rate the professionalism of the company. Very poor on their part. Will not ever book with this chain again.

The hotel overbooked and did not have a room for us. We had to get a refund.

I'm usually not picky but it was kinda gross I've stayed at many hotels in this area and this is my first review . The area is nice and convenient , the hotel seemed fair and what i expected . I was in the room from only about 11pm till 11am for 1 day . In that time i found a dirty used band aid in the shower , pubes on the shower wall , garbage in the kitchen cabinets & a random back pack under a bed . Definitely not a do again .

Old and grimy hotel Not enjoyable. Rooms smelled. Everything felt gross.
