Needs a good cleaning. Our room was nice and big, two double beds and a kitchen. We needed a kitchen because eating out is difficult when you have food allergies. I had to go out and buy cleaning products and clean the kitchen thoroughly before I could use it. They didn't have any cleaning products available to us. Budget Quality, Minimum amenities, Hotel was clean, quiet and in a good location. Amenities are sparse (as they often are in extended-stay hotels). My biggest disappointment was with the quality of room furnishings. Most hotels have upgraded their beds, whereas the bed in this hotel was soft and showed signs of fatigue. Could be better There was a slimy ring in the toilet. The AC is right next to the tv and so noisy you can't hear the tv. There is just a little high register to send air to the bedroom so it didn't cool very much.

Didn't get the room paid for [...] First time at a Homestead and won't stay again. When I checked in they told me that we would be in a different room than we paid for because all the rooms like the one we paid for was already taken. Went to Kings Island so it was a good location. Went to the continental breakfast and all was there was bagels, muffins and coffee. Not like other hotels with more selection for breakfast. The horriable stay First off when checked in did not give us the right rm and would not give another one either. when we got in the room it was dirty.the front desk said we had to clean it ourselves shower had hair all in it,freezer had dirt in bottom of it,kitchen floor had choc all over,took pics of all the nasty things in the rm. did not have a tub to give baby bath.had to get cleaning supplies from front desk. i would not stay there again. it was a verry interesting stay the least to say.

wouldn't go back, don't recommend The "Continental " breakfast was coffee, an apple or orange and a muffin! The hotel smelled of stale food, body odor and cigarettes. The rugs had stains, the one in my room had a very large one. My mattress was very old and worn. There were hairs in the bath tub! The room wasn't cleaned or made up the following day. There was no exercise room as stated. The bedside lamps didn't work. There was no luggage rack. There was only 1 waste basket. The tv was small and old.

Not sure I would stay again Our room was on the 1st floor and we kept hearing what sounded like people walking over our heads all night. We asked and were told no one was in a room over us??? We asked to switch and were first given a room that we thought was smoking so we asked about another. It was on the top floor and looked like a party room.... Not sure if I'd stay here or not.
