Frustrated Traveler I didn't stay there. My flight was canceled and Extended Stay was not willing to refund my first night's stay nor were they willing to honor the rest of my reservation. Thankfully, my travel agent came through and gave me a 100% refund on my reservation. I have stayed there numerous times before so I know the place is lovely. Unfortunately, they lost my business when I found out that customer service wasn't their top priority.

Smelled like smoke I arrived 45 minutes before the 3pm check-in time but no rooms were available for check-in. I returned over two hours later and still, no rooms were available for immediate check-in. I had to wait in the lobby for another half-hour for my room (5:30pm). The hallways and stairwells all wreaked of cigarette smoke although the room did not have any unpleasant odor. Needs repair but I liked it Close to many businesses. Weekend price was nice. Staff are very friendly. The "stand up" breakfast was not worth the standing. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, room is clean. Many simple things need repair: Chain for the door did not have the mating part allowing it to hold the door, on interior door there was a splintered hole where once was hardware. Despite the poor maintenance I recommend this place.

Less than luxury You get what you pay for in this business. The hotel is great for a place to lay your head for the night for a lower price. If you need amenities this is not the location for you. Its not a bad place, but lacks creature comforts

nice attempt, but... Upon entering, the check in area is in a tiny room with someone sitting at an office desk. There is nowhere comfortable to sit or to sign papers. Odd setup. However, the staff was extremely pleasant and even followed up with a courtesy call upon entering the room. Now, the room itself appears nice, but is dated. Still has a huge tv set that does not rotate to accommodate the different room areas. The bed spread was one of those waxy type that are never washed. Steer Clear! Please read... I was very disappointed with the condition of the room that I booked. Once we walked in the room, we discovered old pizza in the microwave, the sheets hadn't been changed and the trash hadn't been taken out. When I reported this to the staff, a gentleman handed me some new linen (to change myself!) and said that was all he could do. Two complaints later, I was finally offered a free night's stay at any of the hotel's locations. That was the only decent part of the entire experience.

Filthy hotel with poor, patronizing service I booked a non-smoking room, but I could still smell cigarette smoke everywhere. The hotel reeked of smoke. The room was filthy and full of stains on furniture, sinks, tub and toilet bowl. There was a large grease patch on the coffee table that had not been cleaned before we checked in. The springs of the sofa bed mattress poked through and made for a very uncomfortable sleep.
