Never again. The breakfast was far from anything to brag about. The water for the hot chocolate was only warm. The muffins not fresh. Poor excuss for breakfast

Sad world we live in...... The rooms are non smoking but the smell of smoke and mildew in the rooms are awful the beds needed to be thrown out a long time ago very uncomfortable. My husband left his favorite jacket behind the bathroom door we new it was a long shot to get it back we did not trust the people that are in this area. The world just is not the same anymore so SAD....

Underwhelming I was not comfortable, we had to go up & down stairs to get to our room on the first floor. The stove didn't work into 114. The lights went out & there was no back up generator. The young lady that checked us in on 4/28 was wonderful.

Rude receptionist Hotels.com booked me at a overbooked hotel. The receptionist at Extended Stay America Cincinnati - Fairfield was extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times.

The front desk people the most rude person and bad service, I pay for a service I didn't ask for favor or free service

Save your money and book down the street ! Fan on the room heater did not work, asked the front desk to look at it, nothing was done! Asked again, still nothing. Room was very old looking, carpet was dirty, did see one thousand legger in the room(a bug). Save your money and look elsewhere!

Reason to cancel! We had a reservation but decided not to stay after checking oout a couple of rooms Off odors including tobacco and cleaning agents?, carpet staining in rooms and halls, damaged furniture, all for almost $100/night. So we cancelled and went out to find something nicer (Howard Johnson's)right down the street for half the price.

Disappointing Staff was friendly enough. But I don't expect to find toenail clippings on the carpet. There are other (better) options in the same price range.
