Avoid at all cost!! TRUST ME I beg you not to stay at this location. I have NEVER had an issue from any location across the country. The only thing positive about this place is the front desk associates, who also believe the manager, Dave, is a horrible person. I stayed weekly at this location from 12/5 - 12/15 and renewed the last time from 12/15 - 12/22. Overnight stay Everything seems to require additional requests , cutlery, crockery, hairdryer etc.

The hotel is not friendly to disabled/handicapped people. The main entrance has steps to get to every floor, there is an additional entrance for the first floor but only one handicapped accessible room. They have no trolleys or any kind of equipment to roll your luggage to your room. The woman who checked me in was flat out rude when explaining that the hotel doesn't have any assistance equipment. Easy access, convenient to surroundings. Bed is not comfortable. And not as clean as id prefer. But was a last minute stop.
