Very small The room has everything you would need for an extended stay at a reasonable price. But it's not a quality hotel. The room was very small and the furnishings were outdated. The hotel really needs some renovating.

pretty for the price The employees were great. Helpful and fun. Room was clean and in order. There are some things that could have looked better but nothing was dirty, just used. For the price I'd say this was a great location and I'd go back.

Extended Stay America Cincinnati - Fairfield I would never ever stay at this property again. The front desk and office staff were very nice and helpful. However, the accommodations were absolutely disgusting. We were in a non-smoking room, however we had to move a floor up to see if the smoke smell was any better. Although it was slightly better, the entire hotel reeks with smoke odor. The room was very dustyand dirty. Our Tv remote didn't work. The entire building and stay doesn't even deserve one star. visit Nothing special-- went in around midnight - slept until 15 minutes until checkout the next day- rushed out - headed home! Just a place to sleep. Didn't have time to check out the room much. It was clean and spacious!

OK for some purposes This hotel is older, and it shows. Needs updated, but you could tell the owners were trying to keep it up. Everything was clean, and the bed/pillows were better than some, but things like the TV and air conditioning were really old and not working too well. Also hard for older ladies like me to schlep all my stuff in and out with no cart or automatic door. Extended Stay hotel in Fairfield, OH Overall, it was pretty much okay. There was definitely a smoke smell in the hallway. I chose the hotel because it had a pool only to discover that the pool was closed. Lesson learned: check beforehand. I knew at the outset that there was not daily housekeeping service which was fine w/ me, however, I was informed that I would have service on Sunday of my stay, but it didn't happen.

extended stay America Cin./Fair. Our stay was very good. Enjoyed the room. The Lady that checked us in was very good at her job. The only problem I had with the room was the bed. It had a hard matress. If they fix that it would be a great place to stay. Its convient to a lot of places and not far from downtown. Overall I found it very good for the price.
