Filthy hotel with poor, patronizing service I booked a non-smoking room, but I could still smell cigarette smoke everywhere. The hotel reeked of smoke. The room was filthy and full of stains on furniture, sinks, tub and toilet bowl. There was a large grease patch on the coffee table that had not been cleaned before we checked in. The springs of the sofa bed mattress poked through and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Traveling solo. Great value for the price, quiet. Front desk staff were great.
Excellent find! I stayed here 4/20-4/21/12. This hotel is very clean, comfortable, in a very convenient area- as a single woman I felt very safe. The little kitchen was awesome, the staff super friendly, and I don't have a single thing to complain about. If you're snooty, and want the Ritz Carlton, then it's probably not for you. But if you want a great value, friendly people, and all sorts of services within a mile or two, this is a great choice!

Just say no. Just a bad place. Creepy. I really would not recommend this place to anyone.
Business trip In and out for one night. Nothing special but all I needed was a clean comfortable room with easy access to my client.
lost reservation We booked our hotel room at around ten pm, arrived around three am only to find that they didn't have our reservation. There was no one running the front desk so the housekeeper got us a room but couldn't give us a key so we weren't able to go in and out to bring our stuff into the hotel without the help of the housekeeper. We also did not have access to the vending machines so i had to have the housekeeper let me in only to find that the soda machine was not working.
