Just say no. Just a bad place. Creepy. I really would not recommend this place to anyone.

lost reservation We booked our hotel room at around ten pm, arrived around three am only to find that they didn't have our reservation. There was no one running the front desk so the housekeeper got us a room but couldn't give us a key so we weren't able to go in and out to bring our stuff into the hotel without the help of the housekeeper. We also did not have access to the vending machines so i had to have the housekeeper let me in only to find that the soda machine was not working. Very small The room has everything you would need for an extended stay at a reasonable price. But it's not a quality hotel. The room was very small and the furnishings were outdated. The hotel really needs some renovating.

Extended Stay America Cincinnati - Fairfield I would never ever stay at this property again. The front desk and office staff were very nice and helpful. However, the accommodations were absolutely disgusting. We were in a non-smoking room, however we had to move a floor up to see if the smoke smell was any better. Filthy, stained and nasty Do not go here. The place was absolutely filthy. There were stains on the pillows, stains in the seats of all the chairs (including the office chairs), mold growing in the bathroom.

Not impressed The main complaint I have about this hotel is that the entire building reeked of smoke. They placed the nonsmoking rooms on the upper floors, with the first floor for smokers. This makes no sense, since smoke rises. The pillows in my "nonsmoking" room reeked of smoke.
