Not impressed As a last minute booking at midnight to get a quick sleep and leave in the morning it was ok for the price. Missing toilet paper in room and had to ask 2 times to get one. Some towels were worn out and discoloured. Not impressed with that at all but had a comfortable sleep. Basic. First and last time using this brand.
Fair at Best The facility was clean but our nonsmoking room smelled like someone smoked in it every day. The continental breakfast was a joke & the facility has no ice machine at all. The staff at the front desk were less than friendly.
Hidden Gem Found this place at last minute. Tucked away in an area with no outside traffic. Very nice. Staff was very friendly and was quick to answer questions. Would definitely stay here on future trips.
Nice for the Price This Extended Stay America is just as it appears in the pictures. The room is clean, although there were some strange spills (soda?) in the dresser drawers. The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous. The hotel is close to 275 so it's very convenient. Breakfast is granola bare, oatmeal, and muffins, as well as coffee and hot chocolate.
Trip to King's Island This was a great hotel for my needs. I was going to King's Island by day and just needed a place to crash in the evening. This place was perfect. Nice room with cooking facilities if I didn't feel like going out for food. Great stay!
Decent hotel in a good area Overall for the price and how last minute we needed to book this was good. It wasn't very comfy or homey feeling at all but it did it's purpose. A place to sleep and get ready. In the middle of the night a very loud high pitched beep went off and I have insomnia so it's incredibly hard for me to fall asleep so I woke up at 230 and didn't go back to sleep and had a big day planned in cincy so that was super inconvenient and I still don't know why it happened.
