Won't stay here again Our room wasn't as clean as it should've been. There was visible dust & dirt/mud on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable. The linens weren't comfortable. When we asked for extra towels, we were told we had to exchange towels we had, as they have no extra. Same for pillows. It wasn't a nice stay & we won't stay there again. We also had to leave 1 day early, & the desk clerk wasn't helpful at all when it came to checking out & getting a refund for the extra night we didn't stay.

Terrible Based on reviews we chose to stay for a single night as out stop to final destination. The receptionist was obviously having a bad day and proceeded to explain how the person on the phone called her an explicit profanity - in front of everyone. Not the greatest start The pictures were definitely old, the room was very worn out and dirty. Spilled water on floor and the white towel was black when mopped up. Would not stay again or recommend.

Look Elswhere Surprised after reading the online reviews to find this hotel was in a bad area, and the upkeep/cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal. The bed and shower were disgusting. On top of that, there were people loitering around the hotel well after 3AM. After 2 phone calls to the front desk, the guests or random people still were outside. Not the Best The door to our room was unlocked and partially open when we arrived and there a pizza box left in the frig which we did not open... there was feces on the stairs going up to our room when we checked in...when we left the next morning it had been swept off but not washed and the smell was still there...The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful when we checked in...

Not worth the money. The hotel itself appeared to look nice but inside the rooms were disgusting. There were bugs and leftover trash from previous guests which evidently meant that the room hadn't been cleaned throughly. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to. I am unfamiliar with extended stay America and from my first and last impression will not be staying there again.

Not as nice as advertised The room was OK. It was clean and in pretty good condition, but there were several problems. First the toilet seat was so loose that I thought it was going to fall off. Second, there was only 1 little bar of soap that didn't last through 2 showers and shaving the next morning. There was no shampoo or hair dryer-- I had to go to the office to get those. Not worth it They were over booked put us in a double bed room. When I told them that wouldn't work they put us in a room next to office. No bathroom door. People kept slamming doors. She. I called office they laughed.

No a/c A/c did not work in our room. It was an inferno. Breakfast was breakfast bars and muffins.
