Extended Stay America is the worst hotel ever. Manager and staff lack customer service skills and courtesy. Treat their guest like trash!.

Yuck Not sure how this hotel got such a good rating. When checking in, I was told smoking wasn’t allowed within 100 feet of the building, which was fine because I don’t smoke. Yet, my room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Signs said to clean up after your pet, but the bags were out, and were never refilled. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The sheets felt sticky. The cable was probably the most basic out of basic cable that you can get. Das Hotel war sehr schwer zu finden da die Beschreibung ungenau ist. Es liegt versteckt hinter einem anderen Motel direkt an der Autobahn. Das Personal war nicht gerade die Freundlichkeit in Person und das Zimmer war auch nicht direkte sauber. Es lagen z.B. noch Haare auf dem Kopfkissen. Das sogenannte Frühstück kann man im stehen bei der Rezeption einnehmen. Es gibt Kaffee und abgepackte Riegel. Wir sind dann lieber zum Diner gefahren.

far below excellent The hotel reminded me more of a run down motel than a typical extended stay hotel. The room was not clean, dust everywhere, stains on the floor, cigarette buds in front of the door, etc. There was also a sign in the room that it would have basic utensils and plates, but there was nothing. Small room. No hygiene items or hair dryer. No v Surprised there was no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer. Room was very small. Not like picture.
