The online pictures of this hotel are FALSE representation. This place was dirty and rundown. The front desk lady was "busy" with a personal conversation on her cell phone when we checked in. We asked for a first floor non smoking room as I just had a hip replacement. We got a 3rd floor room far from the outdoor filthy elevator that reeked on smoke. It was also very noisy - people partying and playing loud music both nights we were there. No one at all was at the front desk when he wanted to check out. We just left.

Dégoutant Les escaliers qui montent aux chambre sont dégoutants, un gros coup de Carcher ferait le plus grand bien. Il y avait des poubelles sous les deux lits (vu car je cherchais le télécommande!!)

Bed Bugs Broke A.C and terrible guest service A.c was broke called front desk was told they would call me back or have someone come look at it ater 30 mins i called back no answer finally a/c kicked on so i let that go. Only to wake up in the morning after sleeping on a mattress with a huge dip in the middle to have been bitten by bed bugs stripped the bedding and the bed was crawling with them. Very Disappointed Took 30 minutes to check in due to room not ready, it hadn't been cleaned at 10:30 p.m. No stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Despite a late night arrival. Reservation for the room was made hours before we arrived. The room that was given to us was not cleaned. There was leftover pizza in a pizza box and another customers belongings. We promptly exited the room and gave in our keys and requested a refund. The front desk staff said that he wouldnt be able to process me a refund but would have the manager the next morning process my refund. Stay Elsewhere Worst aspect is cheap new firm mattresses with no give that left me sore in morning so moved after 3 days to the nearby Days Inn. Room doesn’t come stocked with kitchen items so not available until next day. Room was dark. Continental breakfast is granola bars and mini muffins in cellophane in tiny office entry.

Just Blah... The room and hotel was just as average as can be. There wasn’t anything special about it. No dishes in an extended stay hotel. Not impressed for anything more than $40 per night. The refrigerator was so loud I unplugged it till morning then the floor was wet from the unplugged refrigerator.
