Dirty, musty, out dated

Room was filthy. Moved us to 2nd room. As bad as first. Floor dirty. Urin on toilet. Sheet looked like they weren't washed. Staff apologized said they would give discount. They never did

Holey/stained towels, had to pick up a dead cockroach from the floor.

No cups or glasses for drinking water,room had an odor,be setup for coffee

Used to be nice Stayed at this hotel many times in the past and usually service and rooms are great but this last stay was horrible first the gap under the door allowed so much cold air into the room that I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door. Secondly the linens were dirty, and last the hotel is trying to charge my card a fee for smoking. I dont even smoke and like I said they need to fix the doors because along with the cold air came the smell of smoke from people who stand outside their doors and smoke in the ope... read more
