bad area dirty room stinky

Poor The Room had an odor. Bed was hard, pillows very thin. Very noisy next to Interstate. Would have had to pay extra for any amenities. Breakfast would have been a pre-packaged muffin.

Dirty room with unchanged sheets!!! Disgusting!!! I was given a room that had not been thoroughly cleaned! The sheets had not been changed. I found strands of straight blonde hair on the sheets when I pulled the cover back (I have black curly hair) and the bathroom sink had crusted traces of toothpaste around the faucet and in the sink. Never again The first room wasn't ready. They gave us a room thay smelled like a wet dog. We were there at 2:35 pm. Check in was at 3pm. Had to wait til 3:34 to get room that wasn't ready. They moved us to another dirty room. It smelled like smoke and it was non smoking. Not just any smoke but marijuana. The bathroom smelled like pre. Our fitted sheet had fresh lipstick on it. Very bad hotel.

Bad for the brand. This is the only negative stay I've had at any extended stay hotel, to the point where I will go out of my way sometimes to stay at the chain. So perhaps we just got a bad room. Pretty gross bathroom, the pattern on the bathtub is easy to hide or not see dirt so the pubic hairs must have been overlooked. The room other than that was very clean. A disappointment I understand that arriving late for my reservation on a busy Saturday night, I don't always get a prime room, but this was about the worst chain-hotel room I have ever stayed in. The tree shaded property was initially inviting, but the men sitting on the curbs around the perimeter watching my arrival made this solo woman traveler a bit uncomfortable. Won't stay again! Not a good experience! Room was dirty...tub was so nasty we wouldn't use it!! Tried to contact the front desk numerous times and no-one answered.
