Disgusting Most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever had the displeasure of being in.

Double charged for the room I had already paid via Hotels.com before we got there. They asked my credit card just security (as often the case) but they re-charged the total amount for the room a second time. They credited it a few days later when I realized the mistake but because of a change in the exchange rate US-CAN$ i ended up paying an extra 40$. Theft at its highest order. The problem was two days after I got home to Florida. They charged me 924.38 after I had prepaid 257.47 for the three days I and my fiance stayed. So far this issue has not been resolved. Run Run far away from all Extended Stay Americas.

Checked in late due to flight and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When the door opened you could smell marijuana (and of course scared the heck out of the couple there). A few shady characters outside of their rooms at nearly 1am. Did not feel comfortable with that. The hotel was booked up. I was told that I could be given a refund. super not good my friend and I were traveling, we booked this hotel a week in advance. after driving all night we finally arrived to check in, and the man working at the office said “rooms are all full” so I said “oh sorry I forgot to tell you we had a reservation, made it like a week ago” and he informed me that all of the rooms were dirty. room had other people's dirty clothes in it. my socks were brown from the dirty floor. other people's trash was in the fridge.

Neglected customer I booked a room for 2 nights for my birthday thinking I would have a relaxing weekend however I was put in a room that smelled like mildew due to the ac leakage that caused wet carpet. I was told by the front desk that they were booked and no other rooms were available to move to. I was upset but understood business needs.
