The new roach hotel ! I have enjoyed staying at this hotel on business several times in the last year and a half. But this time I noticed the hotel has roaches. Unfortunately I had to ask for three different rooms to try to not find roaches and they were in all three rooms!! I promptly asked for a refund and I left. After I thought about it I wondered why in the world did I even ask for three separate rooms to even try to stay there? But I did because it was late at night and the rooms were on three separate floors!!

noisy clientele, scary, people hanging around outdoors smoking; no housekeeping service; I stayed 4 nights ($288+) and no housekeeping; no breakfast; I left one morning at 6:30 a.m. to get to my business conference, and two people were laying on the ground outside of the front door; it was scary. I will not stay there again.

Hotels looks clean and new, the room smells, the problem was a dirty toilet that someone left a surprise in.everything was good until it got dark and the roaches came out..on the chair, then the kitchen counter and small ones fron the molding in the bathroom, final straw was when one was on the bed..I left in the middle of the night, no one working the front desk, called the next day no answer..finally reached the asst manager, said only the gm can help and she will call back in 30 min, one ever called. Muffiges Hotel durch erlaubte Tiernutzung Muffiges Hotel da Tiere erlaubt sind und auf dem Flur Teppichboden ist. Der Geruch ging bis in Zimmer so ein nicht schöner Geruch aus der Klinaanlage kam. Das Zimmer ansich war modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Allerdings war in der Kochnische gar nichts an Tellern oder Besteck vorhanden. Never again!! Had a very long night at this hotel, children screamibg running around next door to my room. Called the 1800 number provided no answer after trying to call the front office a few times. Then after fibally.falling asleep we were woke up to a fire.alarm at about 830 a.m and not 1 staff member was able to be found as the alarm was blarring for about 45 mins.
