Horrible place. Will never stay at thos chain of hoyels again. Dorty de graded rooms and furniture. Unsage conditions woth no staff on dity after hours. Thos hoyel should be inspected for safety by the police and fire marshall

Would not recommend staying here. The gentleman working at the front desk was very unaccommodating. We were charged $1.75 for the linen be changed and they never were changed during our one day stay. When I asked him to explain why I was getting charged that even though the linen would not be changed in the time I was there he could not explain it.

There was no room said their house keepers dad got into an accident didn’t clean our room and left said hotels.com kept filing their hotels and wouldn’t stop refused to accommodate and put us in another room we even offered to sleep on the floor being it was so late but they told us he couldn’t put us in any other room told us we had to call customer service to find out what to do and sent us with no where to go hours away from home

They charge for linen now even though it’s a hotel, never heard of that, breakfast is supposed to be included but no breakfast was made the next morning so definitely misleading and place is not dirty per se but not clean either just below average, I wouldn’t stay again here

This is the only place I have ever stayed at with such a stupid "extra fee". They charge you more when checking in. This was not mentioned on your website. Also there is no free breakfast as your website said which is all falsely advertising, lying to people. I am not happy with everything from here. The check in took 30 mins. The place was stinky. Cops were there arresting somebody as I was trying to check in. The whole place and experience was terrible and I will never stay there again.

Website states grab and go breakfast, upon arrival they have discontinued that and coffee service. Carpets on each floor are very dirty and horrible smell. The door to the lobby to check in was locked and needed a key card to enter, when you havent even checked in to get one yet. Very loud in the halls all day and night, as well as very uncaring staff. They will also upcharge you on everything, including utensils, plates etc. No soap, shampoo nor conditioner provided
