The staff was very rude, except for the maintenance guy who let me in after hours. While I understand hotels have their policies in place for a reason I was there in town for a wedding and I was asking for at least 10 minutes of an earlier check-in time and I was just met with so much rude attitude.

Horrible dirty

The power kept going out all night and when we asked what do we do about or if they could fix it they said nothing and we would to just keep flicking the breaker on and off

Worn out dump. Tear down, start over. Staff just barely doing the basics.

The floor was so sticky it sounded like the soles of my shoes were going to rip off. Not sticky enough to trap the roaches though! The first 2 floors smelled like a nursing home, the top 2 floors smelled like a factory for Goya foods. Was fairly quiet and the bathroom was clean though. Pimple patches stuck to the wall were a nice artful touch.

The first room we were given and walked to and opened with our key card was occupied. A woman came to the door as we were going to walk in to tell us that she lived there and had since April 2025. This was room#122. Someone might want to take a look at that room as it appears she is a hoarder. It was filthy. Then we were give a room on the second floor.
