I had a very disappointing experience. They assigned me a room that was already occupied by someone else. Fortunately, no one was in there at the time. I arrived right at 10 PM, just as the place was closing, and the staff was unwilling to assist me. Overall, the service was terrible.

They gave me a key for a room which was booked by someone who was already in the room before as we go to the room use a key open it the guy who was in their come towards as running in anger saying who the hell are you come in my room then we Explain the issue apologize go back to over the phone explaining the issue to re assign as another room the whole process is mess to be frank

Unacceptable This was terrible, they would not accept two separate forms of identification, I had my social security card and many other forms Of identification, I was able to fly without issue with my forms of identification but the hotel wouldn’t take it? I also took an Lyft ride to this hotel and was stuck walking away when they told me I couldn’t check in with my VALID IDENTIFICATION. Even the first hotel I went to after had no problem taking my id. Terrible experience.

Terrible Web site stated free breakfast, there was no breakfast. Bed sheets were damp and smelly, WiFi password wouldn’t work, access in and out of building didn’t work, had to have my wife come down from room to let me back in lobby. Gross stuff dripping down walls. Only 1 little bar of soap in bathroom we used for hand washing, so no soap for shower. People in and outside hotel clearly on drugs and causing a scene. No tv guide. Horrible place. Will never stay at thos chain of hoyels again. Dorty de graded rooms and furniture. Unsage conditions woth no staff on dity after hours. Thos hoyel should be inspected for safety by the police and fire marshall

Would not recommend staying here. The gentleman working at the front desk was very unaccommodating. We were charged $1.75 for the linen be changed and they never were changed during our one day stay. When I asked him to explain why I was getting charged that even though the linen would not be changed in the time I was there he could not explain it.
