Clean and bright room. Strong smell of cleaning products throughout building and room. Light sensor activated a bright light over the bed every time we moved in the bed. This disrupted our sleep.

My visit was very disappointing. I had called to confirm check in which is supposedly at 3pm. We were told by the front desk our room was not ready and would not be ready for 3pm arrival. I called at 2:40pm. Considering I was in town for a wake. We went ahead to the wake without further delay. A lot of money for basically a self serv hotel. Frumpy and just a place milking the assets. Cheap towels, bare bones room. Place of last resort to stay. Over $700 for 2 nights stay: pathetic.

We thought the place was more like a run down appartment. Dogs barking, could hear people walking around, bed was not very comfortable, had a musty smell to it. We made the best of it for 1 night and 1 night only.

I made reservations had confirmation #. When I arrived there no rooms. The computer system was having issues. Very poorly managed! Again the reason there should not be 2nd parties envolved. While traveling I wanted to call the actual location no # available. This would have saved many issues.

Fair We had no pillows the first night, have us blankets to use as pillows. Finally got pillows the next night after asking again, we got 3, there were 3 of us so would have preferred 6 (2 each), but better than nothing. Phone didn't work, was told they would get replaced but never did. Mo wastebasket. Small kitchen area but no utensils or pans to use stove burners, no plates or cups, no coffee maker.
