No one on site to check in, waited 40 minutes for someone to show up. Poor upkeep, rusted appliances, rusted faucets, refrigerator old, molding door, mildew smell in hallway. Chair in room was worn out fabric. Was definitely overpriced, needs serious upgrades. Very poor quality.

Aqui está a versão curta e mais dura em inglês: ⸻ I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The hallways were dirty and had a very strong unpleasant odor. The room was in unacceptable condition — the bed had no proper sheets, and the mattress protector was visibly dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay. I documented everything on video. I strongly hope management improves their cleaning standards immediately.

morning staff nice, evening staff nasty. Hallways smelled terrible n dirty carpets.

Room was not cleaned fridge had items in it the bed was freshly used for what looked like sex activities, the girl at desk was very rude and made me redo my reservation and now i have paid twice . It was a horrible experience. When she opened the counter it was nothing but fresh smoked Marijuana odor pouring out from her side . The ladie was very nuce at check out next morning but didnt offer to help with the double charge or anything .
