The first room we were given and walked to and opened with our key card was occupied. A woman came to the door as we were going to walk in to tell us that she lived there and had since April 2025. This was room#122. Someone might want to take a look at that room as it appears she is a hoarder. It was filthy. Then we were give a room on the second floor. Fire alarms going off all night, elevator stopped working had elderly disabled h wheelchair bound stuck on 4th floor. Not willing to make any compensation for missed travel deadline. AC didn’t work in room. Will not stay again at this location or recommend

There was rust and mold on the fridge and dirty socks , the room reekd of something undefined and cheap cleaner and made my eyes water. Asking to move because I couldn't breathe made the attendant subversive and passive aggressive. Lots of transient people hanging around. No accommodations can be made with the attendant and trying to work thru the app while on premises was frustrating. Will look elsewhere because not considering staying again, ever. No amenities and above all asked for a handicapped room-none available! Desk clerk laughed that we wanted a handicapped room. All were full! Shoved us on the third floor end of hall. I’m using a walker. Didn’t think it was funny! Not recommending for anyone! Terrrisble stay!
