Everybody minds their own business.
Please avoid. Property not policed by management, so visitors used the outdoor stairwells and walkways passing by all the rooms to smoke, which wafted into the rooms. Ladies of the night were invited by visitors and vice versa, and they openly negotiated rates loud enough for others in their rooms to hear. Floors were filthy, black with dirt.
