First , when I went to check in no one called me or emailed me there was a fire that occurred and they were sending guest to another location, that was unprofessional in my opinion. Other than that the other sister hotel was quiet and comfortable I was pleased .

I loved the staff at this location. Front desk girls, Maria, Veronica, Jen and Lamar are all so helpful and accommodating. The girl who does all the laundry has always been so helpful to me as well. The rooms are clean and the girls who clean them have been very kind and extremely helpful and go out of their way to help. I also really appreciate Lisa, the manager, who's so kind and has helped me with getting the best deal for my stay. I have a dog and she is so sweet to my dog and always pets her and says hi.
