The staff was good and friendly answered my questions promptly...only down fall was no elevator to 2nd floor when ur handicapped.

Great value for the money! With being so close to I275 you can get anywhere in the Bay relatively easily, but it's also not in the heart of downtown areas so it's quiet

The room was horrible. Shower was broken, water did not get hot, even after running it for 5 minutes straight. There was also mold and dirt in and around the tub. Bathroom sink didn’t drain at all. Had to use the kitchen sink if I wanted hot water and to brush my teeth. Dirty refrigerator. Room REEKED of cigarette smoke. Room just did not feel clean at all. “Breakfast” was a joke, tiny packaged muffins, coffee, and hot water. Parking was not the best. Great location and friendly staff. Wouldn’t stay here again.
