The staff were fabulous and kind! We didn’t see the room cleaners but the evening laundry staff were very accommodating and the desk staff were stupendous. We felt safe and secure at this location. The only downfall was the smoking situation. Many guests are in non smoking rooms as were we, but they sit outside their room in the chairs from inside and chain smoke. The staff was good and friendly answered my questions promptly...only down fall was no elevator to 2nd floor when ur handicapped.

Great value for the money! With being so close to I275 you can get anywhere in the Bay relatively easily, but it's also not in the heart of downtown areas so it's quiet
