First week was great. Second week housekeeping came around and asked if we needed service. I told her yes, could you clean our room please. She said I can’t clean it while you’re in there. I told her the week prior housekeeping cleaned while we were here and she said so what. I told her don’t worry about it and called the office. After telling them the issue the woman said it was hotel policy to not have guest in the room while it would be cleaned and we would have to relocate for time being! I could’ believe my ears. The room wasn't the cleanest and there was dead cockroaches in the room

I would stay again for the price Wasn’t bad, but some left some dirty wet clothes in a bag inside the room but no complaints, the ladies at the front desk were friendly
