Overall okay Check in was friendly. The wratherstrip at the bottom of our door was torn off, leaves kept blowing in. Bed was okay. Needed some touching up in our room.

Not the Ritz, but pleasant very nonetheless... Last minute availability via Hotels.com. Checked in very late at night to a very pleasant staff member who appreciated how tired I was and was very expeditious in her duties. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. I mean super clean.... the shower head had been polished, and the floors sparkled. The table tops had a fresh coat of pledge on it. I will stay again when in the area for business.

It was hard to get the kitchen utensils and small appliances we needed.

Traffic was tricky. It was difficult to get to because you could see it, but traffic and road is next to main road and you had to take a driveway down from the hotel. Also there are two in the same main road and GP's sent me to other hotel. It was small and staff were not available after 7 pm so I had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Also if you need kitchen items, they were available at the desk, which made it inconvenient. This was expensive for the size and service, but was better than sleeping in the car.

Staffing Over all was good just the blanket and one pillow on the bed was dirty and towels and face rags in bathroom. And front desk wasn't able to bring clean ones due to shortage of staff

Not the worst place to stay I booked a queen bed room and was told they were out of those. The first room I was put in was 2 double beds, wreaked of dog and had a urine stain on the carpet. I asked to switch rooms and was changed with no issues. I was switched into a queen bed room after all, go figure! that was a decent room and no complaints there.
