Unclean room Check was at 3pm arrived at 5pm room was not cleaned waited an hour to be cleaned. Holly accommodated with extra sheets and covers for pull out that was not made and stained pretty badly.
Not Happy The staff was very kind. The location is a nice area. But I felt uncomfortable I saw a man with a ankle bracelet and the other people looked like they were straight out of jail. The room smelled and I had to buy air freshener. When I made a mistake of turning on the heat and it smelled so bad. I was so glad when the night was over.

For the 1 night we stayed there it was ok. Holly, the front desk lady, was very nice and helpful. But none of her equipment was work, the print was down, one of her computers and card swiper were also down. There was some sort of mix up in rooms and when we got into our room there was cat food and soup in the room. Initially we thought maybe they forgot to throw it out after that last guest. Not bad, but not great either I guess my expectations were higher than they should've been. Based on others' reviews, I thought I'd be getting more for my money than I actually wound up getting. I thought there'd be a grab-and-go breakfast -- it was a condition in my search -- but I was disappointed to learn upon check-in that no such amenity was being provided. the little things no free breakfast.and no coffee offered a coffee pot was offered but would of had to go to walmart and buy coffee and filter for a one night stay.Not going to do that.
