The first room smelled awful, there was a red wet area on the rug, coffee grounds in the coffee machine. The TV was from the 1950's. We stayed the first night due to tiredness but changed rooms the next day. The air conditioner broke down in the second room so we switched to a third. All the windows were filthy; we opened the window in the third room and the wood siding came loose. The door to the room slammed shut instead of closing slowly. Terrible Hotel The front desk person was rude and not helpful. She would not give me another pillow.

Good location only Not what I expected. Room cleanup costs extra. Had to personally take towels to front desk for exchange in the morning. Big stains in the carpet.

Disappointed. I was very disappointed in the hotel. I have stayed at another extended stay hotel and was very pleased with it so I thought this one would be good also. I was wrong.... The smoke free room was very smokey smelling, the bedding was very scratchy and there was no hair dryer in the room. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.

Worst hotel experience Didn't like. A bug was crawling on my pillow. Room was low quality.

Prison like Upon booking I knew I would be arriving late. I had to spend over 5 minutes waiting for the front desk clerk to review my reservation to let me in. Then the bullet proof type glass was opened and I spent another 10 minutes while she tried to process me in. The room had hair balls and food on cupboards, very dis questing. I routinely check the room over when I check in a hotel. Stay I was a late check-in -- came to the hotel about 8p. There was no one manning the front desk. I had to wait close to ten minutes to get my key. Floor of the hotel room didn't look like it had been vaccumed. There were balls of hair from a previous occupant on the bathroom floor.

Wouldn't recommend at all Everything seemed long overdue for a remodel. The halls smelled dank and reeked of cigarettes. The carpet in my room had holes that were patched up with some black substance and had bits of "things" that a vacuum should have picked up. It didn't feel remotely clean. I had a 2-week reservation and canceled the next morning.

Never stay here I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. After informing the associate that I was not comfortable with the handicap room she offered me (I have no handicap), I was asked to wait while she checked another room. She took a while but came back with a room option. I went to the room to take a quick look and thought things were okay. When I returned late in the evening and wanted to take a shower, I noticed hair and dried soap in the shower. I was shocked. I turned down the cover on the bed and noticed the pill... read more
