Stay here if no other choice Room had stains on the wall, bathroom stains and marks on bathtub. Elevator smells like smoke.

Nice area, convenient to shopping and restaurants Staff was nice, hotel was NASTY, rooms were Disgusting, bathroom was, Not clean. And every time I sat in the edge of the bed would tip over to the floor. Worst hotel experience I ever had.

朝食付きとありますが、、、 朝食付きといっても、毎日リンゴとオレンジとマフィンとオートミールとお菓子みたいなやつが置いてあるだけ。毎日同じです。 フィットネス無し。 受付は２４時間愛想全く無し。
Loud I was given a room on the first floor close to the lobby. It was so loud all night. Difficult to sleep. People were yelling and slamming doors.
YUK!!!! The linen was disgusting with stains and such. The front desk had me change my own sheets. The mattress cover had stains all over it. The sheet did not fit and I never received a clean comforter so my husband and I left within 4hrs of checking in.
Beachwood doesn't mean nice hotel. the first room they gave me was pretty filthy and lacking some items - such as soap, shampoo, iron, etc. didn't really want to walk on the bare floor either. also, the second floor smelled like a garbage dump. the staff was nice and helpful though and eventually i was given a room with all the expected amenities. I wouldn't take my kids or wife with me to this hotel, but if your a guy who needs a room on the cheap, this is tolerable for you.

Poor Management The vinyl flooring was sticky, a window was mssing. The location to almost anything you could want is great. I normally stay between this location or the one up the street, however I learn an expensive lesson at the other location, so tried this one again. I'm from Cleveland and a Browns season ticket holder so I visit the area often.This location as I see it is managed not so great, but I'd recommend it over the ESofA up the street.I'd like to stay at these locations in the future, but with missing money at ... read more
Hair on the bedspread upon checking in. Room was NOT thoroughly cleaned. There was dark hair on the bedspread clearly indicating it was not laundered after the last guest's stay.

Beachwood Blunder Arrived to find that even though they had already cleaned the room that it was not at all acceptable. Had the cleaning people return. I did not even sleep in the bed because of it's condition. Upon checking in, they asked for a CASH deposit. Needless to say, we switched hotels after the first night.
