Stay Away! Nightmare! From check in to check out! Do not use this hotel - they are horrible and just don't care about their customers! The staff was the worst with horrible attitude and just not nice.

Carpets were stained horribly, hole in wall, reeked of smoke and towel rack in bathroom was ready to fall off. There was no other rooms available. Construction was going on upstairs. We didn't hear it but a lot of workers coming and going and they were staying at hotel as well. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, oatmeal pits and muffins.

Not pleased Room was not worth the money. Outdated and stale. Would not recommend.

Customer service is at very down level We were not welcomed with our reservation. I have called to hotel in the morning and told them that we will be very late and asked if the room will be reserved. They say do not worry everything will be fine. When we arrived around 11:30 PM lady at front desk told us that she does not have room with double bed and offered us (three adults) one queen bed.!!! or "call the hotel.com and get your money back", which meant to go and find at midnight another hotel. Dirty Dirty, dirty, dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen. Scum in bathtub, sinks, toilet not clean, waste on it. Dirty sheets with hair and dirt marks on it.
