Horrible experience, very unprofessional staff Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk. The maid had to alert the receptionist that someone was there to check in. The receptionist then proceeded to come up from the basement on her cell phone, and disappeared another 8 minutes before finally checking me in. She was extremely unprofessional. The overall service was just horrible. I will never stay there again, and I'm going to advise anyone I know not to stay there. Needs a whole new staff.
Not a clean hotel... Stayed 4 days for a business trip. I wouldn't stay here again, nor recommend it. Cleanliness is important when you're traveling.
Barely sufficient Towels were hard and didn't look clean. I wasn't looking for luxury, but clean is not optional for me.
disappointed stay I have to say that I was disappointed with my stay. The first room we had, had a funny smell so we had to get switched to another room. The second room had stains on the mattress and pillows. So we had to get switched to another room. All in all I wasn't pleased. However the people at the front desk were very apologetic and hospitable. But I will not be staying at this hotel again
poor experience to say the least Rooms were not cleaned very well at all. It was a non smoking room but the blanket had burn holes in it. No coffee for the coffee maker. Screens on the windows were bent up and half falling off. One of the windows didn't even close all the way. Front desk staff at check in as rude and acted as if we were bothering her. Check out staff was too busy having a personal conversation to help us check out. We wil NEVER stay at this hotel again!
Hotel from hell Booked non smoking and they didn't have one. Carpets stained,no facilities of any kind.staff unfriendly. Never again. Worst hotel ever.
