bare bones minimum I booked our room on line and no information was given that the room was not equipped with basic needs. thankfully, the front desk had a hairdryer and when asked for, they supplied shampoo and a water glass.

Clean hotel but no amenities. Clean hotel but no amenities. Bed uncomfortable. Most of all $100 and not even a hair dryer. And breakfast well a stale muffin or quarker bar and maybe an ounce of coffee. Was able to check in late since going to Cleveland clinic but when we called from entry phone attendant was rude and grumpy and said what you want. On the bright side hotel was pretty clean.

noise Loud music started at 11pm, people banging on the wall in the middle of the night. Otherwise, decent hotel.
Not what I expected My room was not cleaned & it smelled bad we couldn't get room service because in order to get room service you had to be there for more then 7 days. Now I do have to say everyone on staff was nice respectable they were just following guide lines from the rules, I love the kitchen in the room but other then that I rate it 3 out of 10

unfriendy and not the cleanest Staff was unfriendly. The place needs an overhaul. Might be good for the long stay at not the place to stay for just a few nights. There is no room cleaning or daily towel replenishment unless you stay 6 or more days. This is truly designed for the extended stay as the name states.
