Unexpected lack of Comfort Three friends booked two rooms, requesting to be near each other. We were one floor apart. Before we unpacked, we called downstairs for maintenance to come to the room and fix a very loose and hazardous toilet seat. Finally one of went downstairs and made the same request personally. The toilet sat was fixed. Next, we went downstairs for plastic cups and soap and a washcloth. Terrible Terrible experience. At check-in I noticed the lobby was dirty and not at all well-kept and things went downhill from there. The first room we were assigned had such a foul odor we had to ask to be moved. The next room smelled better but the towel rack was falling off the wall, some of the lights did not work, one of the desk chairs was badly soiled, etc. It's a great location but there are plenty of other hotel choices on Orange Place so we will be trying out one of the other hotels next time.
Disappointing. Terribly hard mattress and very bad pillows. Garbage can was full from previous guests. And only one coffee mug in the kitchen.

I would never stay in this hotel. Not recommended to anybody
Hotel Poorly Managed Hotel was over-booked by 15. Guaranteed rooms through 3rd party booking were not held. Desk person had to clean room when we wre finally told a room could be available. Took an hour to ready. Room was clean. Hotel seems not to be able to hold reservations. Spoke with many others there who had the same experience.

Nightmare! We booked our room and received a confirmation. Paid in full before arriving, yet they didn't have our room when we arrived. We has to all squeeze into a smaller room or have no where to stay for the night. Small room and the key lock didn't work. We had to leave someone in the room or be locked out. Terrible place and no apologies from the staff. My car may have been more inviting to sleep in!

Very dirty Filthy, and not getting any better. When I showed up to check in there was a man leaving, extremely upset by how disgusting his room was. "Hair everywhere." "Not cleaned." It took about 30 minutes to get checked in ("computer problems," I was told) only to find that my room also was a disgusting mess. All the linens were piled atop the bed. No hygiene items, wouldn't extend stay! Note: (To me ALL the Cleveland area hotels except those close by the airport seem overpriced). My room was clean and the location great. However the front desk couldnt even provide a small bottle of lotion, or worst, they wouldn't extend my stay one additional night at my lower Hotels app rate! And since they weren't even half full I refused to pay their higher rate and simply went across the street to a better hotel. They lost money.
