The room I stayed in for this stay had a lot of noise coming from the heat and frig. I've stayed in other rooms at this hotel that were not a problem so they just may need to service the appliances a little more often.

I've been here before. I like the location. This visit, I had to wait each morning for more coffee to be made. The snow removal was definitely less than appropriate for the safety of the guests as well as the staff.

Thin floors, noisy parties upstairs on weekends, minimal breakfast

The breakfeast is very meager. Carpet in room needs cleaning. Towels are stiff and scratchy.
