Overall I give it a 4 Check in was great. Room was appealing to eye and comfortable just needed better maintenance. Microwave didn't work, floor around edge of beds not vacuumed, remote control was found under bed broken had to get a new one from desk, trash including chip bags and socks under bed with remote, and bathroom tub faucet had a constant stream of water dripping we could not get to stop. basic, no-frills place to stay i had to come up to cleaveland from columbus for surgery and i needed a basic, no-frills place to stay. extended stay america fit the bill. nothing fancy, but it got the job done. free wi fi was appreciated.

I came in to no one at the counter. No bell no response when calling verbally or by phone. In the morning the internet was not working, I had to call three times due to having to wait for the attendant to got from the 3rd floor to the front desk. Just to end up having to call the internet provider.
