Unkept The toilet in the room was filthy. It was not cleaned at all and had feces and urine all over and in it. The floors we're not vacuumed at all and there were cupcake wrappers on the floor that were never picked up from the previous guests. The TV screen was never cleaned and had stuff smeared all over it. The hotel was cheap so didn’t expect much. Its like okay what you have paid for. But Breakfast included was a complete misleading Information. In the morning they left some oatmeal pack and muffin next to coffee and calling it breakfast! No place to sit, just grab it and go somewhere to sit or eat. That you can call complimentary snacks not breakfast! Disappointing.

Respond to your guests The staff was nice however when I went to pick up the alarm clock in the room there was a pop of electricity and the cord fell off the back of the clock when I called to inform the staff they were going to find me another one however that didn't happen it would have been nice if someone came up to check it out I felt stuck because I was displaced from my home due to a power outage
