We had big expectations about extended stay. Seems like a lot has changed. There is nothing available for the guests. The host was very helpful in changing our rooms as initially allotted rooms were dirty. Overall not a great experience compared to other places we stayed.
Great service and staff Everything was ok, all but the TV was on the fritz in room 117. The A/C Heater combo made a buzzing sound when it recycles. That's about it. The staff folks were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again if in the area. Location next to the frwy 271 made it very easy getting around

very dissappointed They put me in a room that the people had a dog in dog hair was still visible the blanket had nasty stains on it was very dissapointed

Staff Member was Horribly Rude The hotel wasn't that bad. But one of the hotel staff was having a conversation as t midnight in the hall, woke me up, and then when I asked if they could quiet down, she was so rude to me I couldn't believe it. I've never been treated by hotel staff like that before. Horrible.
