They had rooms available last minute. The staff was very accomodating when they couldnt find my reservation. Once i showed them my confirmation they went above and beyond to get me situated. However the room wasnt that good,plus the bathroom sink had a busted pipe and flooded the whole bathroom.

The property is designed for business travelers. There are no amenities. It’s a bed, bathroom, and a small kitchen. It is clean,simple, and cheap. The staff is OK, but they’re not going the extra mile for you. I use it to travel back and forth while I’m in grad school. It’s no frills but it is location in Beachwood is appealing. Very close to lots of restaurants, bars

Very Disappointed This has been my go to place when I’m in town. However, this time my room had so much dust in it and appeared that it wasn’t even freshened up. There were no kitchen wares in the room or left for me to use. The bathroom looked as if they didn’t even attempt to clean it. You could wipe your finger across the furniture and pick up dust.
