No ice machine….
Sheets not white
We had 12 booked rooms. All of which were supposed to be pay at property at check in. At 1:30 my card was charged for ALL rooms, until my card maxed out. Check in isn't even until 3! I was told it was because it was a weekend. No where was that stated in the reservations. One room had flies. Key cards didn't work. Our door had to be forced open because it was stuck. Phones with no cords. Microwaves that were not ready to use. Staff was not equipped with any sort of customer service to offer suggestions to checkin issues.
Bad I left a day earlier and the day I left was 5:00 am because I didn’t feel safe and they never refunded anything back so I will not stay there again or recommend
Not very attractive or even nice
Will never return and I never got my refund though expedia
Cheap furniture and finishes. Room was damp even with AC on.
The property was under repair and smelled like paint. The toilet paper was very low quality.They're grab and go breakfast was just some fig bars and some other snacks and coffee but they didn't have tops for the cups. The overall experience was poor.
