Sketch! I'm sure this area used to be nice, but most hotels and restaurants around were boarded up and shut down, so a bit sketchy. The staff was friendly, but overworked. The baseboards on our floor were missing...they were possibly getting ready to replace the carpet...which needed it badly. The air conditioner in our room did not work, but we couldn't use the phone to call and report it, because it didn't work either. Racially Targeted my experience was HORRIBLE!!!..me,my son and 2 adult nephews were racially targeted for stuff we had no control over!!!..just disgusting!!!..we didn’t even stay the night!!!..im trying to get a refund or a credit for future stay at another property!!!..

I have stayed in several of these properties and have had mostly positive experiences. I’ve come to expect, and appreciate, that this chain is no frills. I don't mind that as long as the hotel is safe and clean. This location pushed me beyond my ability to grin and bear it. There was a distinct smell of cannabis throughout the hallways. The elevator floor was perpetually wet. The paint in the hallways was coming from the walls, the TV did not have cable and only about eight channels, the furniture and bed were shaky at best,... read more

The floor in the room was with some spots. No blankets, just one sheet. The hotel was under construction, but expedia did not mention that.

Our hotel door did not lock. We were given another room and it had an odor to it. The bed is very small for a queen size bed. No hairdryer. You’re getting what you pay for. Book somewhere else.

Avoid if possible... Pulled UP to CAUTION TAPE right at the entrance. Took two different people to check us in (room was already booked and paid for), no blankets in the room, no cookware (as advertised), windows painted shut, vending machine down. Hallway reeked. Found an earring by the (barely made) bed. Stayed here a couple years ago and it was MUCH nicer. Was bought by some corporation and is pretty awful now. Definitely not going back.

Environment There was a very unpleasant smell throughout the facility and my wife suffers with asthma and we was not able to stay at this facility. Horrible smell!!!
