I did not stay at extended those two days and yet u was charged for them...i did nit check in on the 25 26 nor did u check out in the 27th

Disappointed First room we checked into was filthy. Used wash cloth left in room. Refrigerator visibly dirty. Microwave visibly dirty. We were given another room on 3rd floor. There is construction taking place on 3rd floor. Room entry door was very difficult to open as if it was painted shut. No closet in room. Kitchen faucet leaf underneath the sink. Smelly and weird Room seemed unclean. Beds looked messy (and like whoever cleaned could have cared less) when we checked in and entire room smelled awful. The smell was the same in the hotel lobby. Body odor. Vacuuming would also be a suggestion.
