I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas and I have never had an experience like this. As we were trying to check in the young lady at the counter acted like we were the biggest inconvenience to her, she was short and rude to us. As we went to our room and got into a room we realized there was only two pillows on the bed so we could call down to ask if there was extra pillows and the young lady at the desk was very short and rude again acting like it was an inconvenience for her to answer our question. Not to good It feels like your in one on them ran down motels just with a ridge an microwave. U gotta go up there an ask for any essentials an they look at u like it's a total inconvenience that u asked 4anything.

I had to wash my clothes twice. My room smelled like the inside of a wet gym bag that got left in a hot car. I had to wash everything that was in my suitcase twice to get the smell out.

Thier is no free breakfast. Just free snacks since room has thier own kitchen but not explained in description. Bathroom door handle broken at check in and staff never came to repair. Place needs upgrades or at least up keep. Visible it is not kept up. Location ok and have restaurants close by and market. Very close to highway. I will stay here again and do not recommend.

This property was just as unique as all the other Extended Stays I was in. BTW I only book at Extended Stays when I travel. The room was big with a full kitchen and kept neat. What was different was there was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs. When I was handed the room keys the receptionist told me that there is nobody in the room upstairs. Somebody did take up the room at 3 AM in the morning because I heard it. It woke me up and kept me awake.

I called and informed the property that my flight was in late and that it would be a late check-in. When I arrived I was told that they overbooked and that they had no room available. I was forced to drive 20 minutes to another hotel. There, I was told that they were pot of breakfast food, so there would be no continental breakfast.
