Refused a room with confirmation # and email When we arrived the hotel couldn’t see our reservation. They were no help at all. They wanted me to pay for the room again at a higher rate. They said that I had to work with hotels.com to fix the problem even though o had email confirmations and confirmation numbers from Hotels.com. Of course, after ruining my vacation sitting on hold for 50 minutes with hotels.com I hung up and paid for another hotel room. Now I have to try to get my money back from hotels.com

I only stayed here for 40 minutes. The carpet was very dirty, the room smelled musty, the elevator wasn’t working and you had to take the staircase which is very creepy at night, and the front desk clerk made me feel uncomfortable with his facial expressions and his insistence that he knew me from somewhere. As a single woman traveling alone from out of state all of those factors contributed in me leaving and going to another hotel. Very dirty room! The room wreaked of cigarettes! The room was very dirty. There was pubic hair on all of the wash cloths. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on all of the covers and ceilings. It was very unpleasant.

I will never go back to extended stay america My experience was horrible . Items in my room came up missing , money , shoes but they left the boxes . I asked the manager to inform me who has swipe to access my room she told me she would get back to me , never did . So I ask her to reimburse me my money for the last few days I had reserved . She told me she didn’t have authorization to do that and she had to call her boss . Her boss didn’t come til the last day of check out & she called me .
