It was convenient to where we wanted to go in Cleveland. But this facility was not up to what we had come to expect from Extended Stay

The staff was great, but the hotel was not kept up well, the room’s floors were sticky, the television did not work, and it smelled terrible. The exit door in the back of the building would not shut causing a safety issue. They also advertise free breakfast which is not provided.

Dogs was really loud and room had a bad smell..It was a lot of missing or hanging things that needs fix and the carpet had stains everywhere.

Hotel was poorly maintained and dirty. Room smelled like smoke. No glasses, silverware, cups or anything.

The property is in disrepair. Old, poor condition, Terrible bed and noisy. I will never stay there again!
