Bed bugs Terrible from the moment I walked in a gentlemen walked in after me and the front desk girl actually stopped working with the person she was with and skipped me to then assist the guy in pajamas who came in after me she then checks him out and then continued to help the current person she’s working with. The room smelled like smoke really bad and the shower head fell off nid shower and hit wife on the head. It was on by a thread. Front desk seamed not to care.

Terrible The bed was wrapped in plastic, the heater made a terrible noise when it would go on, horrible smell in the room and the bathroom wasn’t clean. if it wasn’t so cold outside I would have slept in my car.

Nothing was unique. Once I walked into my hotel room it smelled like an ashtray when there's signs posted all over the hotel smoke free rooms.

There was nothing I liked about this. I have been charged twice, I reserved the room at 9:30pm, arrives at 11:30pm and they had canceled my reservation because I didn’t check in at 3pm. The room was filthy and smelled horrendous. I checked out and went home at 3am.

We stayed the weekend and room service never came ! When we booked it said breakfast included , they had coffee and granola. Our hot water was not hot was freezing getting a shower when we mention they said they don’t know ! The sink had very hot water just not the shower ! Floors were dirty !
